Two days conference, May 3 ~ 4, 2008, held at Microsoft Mississauga office.
This is the first time ever happen in Toronto. The event covered many interesting topics from technical track to business to hands-on with Microsoft Response Point Lab.
It was fun and a really an eye-opener for me.
I was able to hook up and chat with many peers and some of the well respected people such as Matt Mackowicz, the author of A Guide to Selling Managed Services faster, easier & for greater profit. His work received some rave reviews and I think any vendors/ VARS / system integrators should read it. I probably should blog about books I read surrounding managed services. Some of them are Erick Simpsons and Michael Gerber’s E-Myth.
